Privacy policy
What we collect, why, who helps us process it, and how long we keep it. We never sell your data.

What we collect
- Your email and website when you ask for a free sample or join the list.
- Public content from your website (text, images, colors, screenshots) to make your sample or do your hire's work.
- Access you connect (app connections, repository access, invites). Passwords and keys are stored encrypted by our providers and are never shown to the AI models.
- Billing details, handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage events (for example "sample requested", "sample viewed", "change approved") to run and improve StaffPlus. No advertising trackers.
Why
To provide what you asked for (samples, hires, billing), to keep StaffPlus secure and within its limits, and to contact you about your samples and your account. We don't send marketing to sample requesters unless they join the list.
Who helps us
We use these providers to run StaffPlus: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, browser rendering), Anthropic (the AI models), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and GitHub (code changes for hires that work on code). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
How long we keep it
- Free samples are deleted 14 days after they're made.
- Customer work data is deleted within 30 days after a subscription ends, except what we must keep for tax and accounting.
- You can ask us to delete your data any time by replying to any StaffPlus email.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data. If you are in the EU or UK, we process your data to perform our contract with you or, for the list, with your consent; a data processing agreement is available on request.
